Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities, and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts. For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. We are currently seeking a Manager, SAP GRC in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities: Plan and execute client engagements focusingon SAP GRC, SAP security, SAP controls optimization and audit readiness of SAPenvironments Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAPcontrols throughout the business cycle Work with clients to identify opportunitiesfor improvement in the areas of SAP GRC, SAP security and SAP controls Supervise Associates/Senior Associates onengagements Help coach and train team members to grow theSAP knowledgebase of the team Write and present clear and concise reports andpresentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clientsand document procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects
Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent experience in anyof the following areas: SAP IT and automated controls auditing, SAP securitydesign/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP S/4 HANA implementation, InternalControls in an SAP environment, SAP cybersecurity controls, delivery of managedservices around SAP security and controls Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field froman accredited college/university preferred Experience with security and/or controls withother SAP software products, including cloud and recent SAP offerings: Ariba, SuccessFactors, Fiori, SAP IAG, SAP Rise, SAP BTP and beyond Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementationor effective SAP audit experience; exposure to SAP GRC version 12 is preferred Project or team lead experience, specificallywithin a consulting firm is preferred; process mining and data analytics skillsin an SAP environment preferred Excellent written and verbal communication,facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidenceand respect of senior level executives Travel as needed Applicants must be authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
