KPMG is currently seeking an ES FT Manager, SAP EPM in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Manage the process design of new S/4HANA EPM (SAC, IBP, Group Reporting) enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across client organizationsLead the day-to-day delivery of SAP S/4HANA enabled finance transformation engagements for various clients, including finance process and operating model design, package design, implementation support, deployment, and post-implementation supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP EPM solutionsAnalyze and improve financial processes by leveraging the power of S/4HANA for real-time data analysis and reportingOversee resources in system integration support including requirements gathering, application configuration and testing/reports/interfaces/conversions/extensions/ forms/ workflow development and testing for SAP transformationsShare knowledge and expertise involved in the software development lifecycle methodology and application development
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of recent experience with SAP EPM modules and solutionsMaster's or Bachelor's degree in finance or technology from an accredited college/universityExperience in at least two large complex SAP implementations involving process design, configuration, implementation, and business design of integrationDetailed understanding of the major phases on global delivery model visioning, design, implementation, and optimization for SAP S/4HANA Transformations; strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management and certification in at least one SAP EPM module and solid experience in the end-to-end business processes of Plan-to-PerformAbility to identify and articulate opportunities to improve financial planning processes, create roadmaps, manage design and implementations based on leading practices in SAP environment; able to lead teams to configure and demo EPM Proof of Concept functionality in a test SAP environmentWillingness and ability to travel Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
