About Manager, Renewal Account Management

  We arelooking for a talented Renewal Team Manager for our New York Renewals team. The Renewals team works closely with our customers to negotiate and execute renewal contracts to maintain high renewal rates and identify additional growth opportunities.

  The Team Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement of the renewal playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

  Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office

  About The Role

  We arelooking for a talented Renewal Team Manager for our New York Renewals team. The Renewals team works closely with our customers to negotiate and execute renewal contracts to maintain high renewal rates and identify additional growth opportunities.

  The Team Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement of the renewal playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization.

  Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office

  Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from outreach and negotiation to confirmation of payment.Work closely with the Customer Success, finance and sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts' growthNegotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goalsMaintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territoryProactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retentionHandle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests.

  Your Experience & Skills

  4+ years of relevant experience in Renewal Management ideally in SaaS companies3+ years experience managing a team of Renewal/Account Managers for a software solutionMotivated by supporting others to achieve success and growing individualsExceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups and geographiesExperience in a high-velocity commercial role with the ability to coach team members on navigating a high-volume of renewalsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and proven track record of overachievement and hitting KPIsExperience negotiating and navigating contracts What monday.com can offer you:

Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
