Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
Your main tasks:
Implementation of operational HR topics at the locations along the HR value chain in close cooperation with management, executives, strategic HR management and HR services Disciplinary responsibility for the Regional HR Partners at the Berlin and Dresden locationsResponsibility for the quality and continuous improvement of all ongoing HR activities of the Regional HR PartnersImplementation of cross-functional communication based on operational requirementsSupporting and advising managers and employees on operational issuesEnsuring corporate governance and compliance Developing and motivating employees; solving personnel/functional challenges in the area to ensure the quality and quantity of work results in the areaOperational cooperation with the works council, including negotiation of works agreements and regulatory agreements together with Labor RelationsManagement and support of cross-location HR projects and implementation of global HR initiativesContact person for labour law issues and support for managers and employees in the context of organizational change processesAnalysis, reporting & tracking of area-specific KPIs
Your profile:
Completed studies in the fields of business administration, psychology, education, social sciences or similarAt least many years of relevant professional experience and experience as an HR generalist; preferably within a production company with matrix structuresExperience in technical or disciplinary management within an HR department Experience in the management of cross-location HR projectsMethodological skills (interviewing, conflict management, moderation, project management)Very good command of written and spoken English and GermanVery good knowledge of labor and co-determination rights as well as wage tax and social security lawGood decision-making skillsHigh level of social and intercultural competence paired with a winning mannerAnalytical and conceptual skills, independent, goal-oriented work and a structured way of workingConfident manner, persuasiveness, ability to communicate appropriately to the target groupVery good knowledge of MS Office and relevant HR software tools
