Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsive team player who is able to multi-task and has excellent analytic skills. As a member of the Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC) Technology Innovation team, you will provide analysis and support for FREC technology core data. In this position, you will partner with the Director of Real Estate Technology, Sr. Manager of Real Estate Data, along with business subject matter experts and corporate technology teams to analyze and support the integration of data across real estate applications and into a central data repository. This position will partner with FREC's business groups to support data pipelines, warehousing and systems integrations, coordinate data consumption requirements and help drive organizational data proficiency. This position will assist with the review and clean-up of real estate data across various Fidelity systems and work in partnership with team members to analyze data against established policies. You will also participate in and support projects relating to data and data process improvements.
The Team
The Manager of Real Estate Data is part of FREC's Technology Innovation Group. The group is responsible for the development, implementation, support, and end-user training of multiple technology programs across Fidelity's corporate real estate functions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, data sciences, or other related subjects or relevant working experienceStrong working knowledge of system development projects, system mapping, data integration, and data analysisKnowledge of database concepts and understanding of structures requiredWorking knowledge of Data Query & SQL and experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. requiredSolid understanding of and experience with data lineage. Ability to break down and detail the flow of data from origination to consumptionExperience carrying out projects in an Agile environmentUnderstanding of database platforms such as Oracle and SnowflakeAbility to quickly learn and understand the FREC technology ecosystem, its dependencies, and potential downstream impactsA passion for using data to drive better business decision-makingAbility to support multiple initiatives and be able to quickly change prioritizationAptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology conceptsStrong organizational skills including attention to detail and prioritization skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical requirementsAbility to support multiple ongoing initiatives and see them through to completionAbility to design business process workflows and comprehensive business casesExperience with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methodologies.
