KPMG is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Tax organization.
Responsibilities:Lead program teams and other stakeholders in the initiation, planning and structuring of complex, cross-functional program, and some or all of the following: program vision, scope, approach, deliverables, milestones, resources, and KPIsCollaborate with program teams and manage the program execution plans which includes but is not limited to monitoring program progress, managing changes to program scope, engaging program stakeholders as needed, tracking key performance indicators, and creating reports and presentations to be delivered to relevant stakeholdersEngage with the Value-Creation Office to leverage standard program management processes and tools across the program lifecycle; comply with all program reporting requirements, including providing progress updates to senior Tax leadership on a regular basisDevelop change management plans and collaborate with communication and Talent teams to execute on the plan, including communication, education, stakeholder management, and moreAct as program management subject matter expert and guide program teams in their thinking, approach, and execution of program components; provide change management leadership and support to program teams as neededManage meetings by creating agendas with clear objectives/roles/time allocations, facilitating the call/meeting, taking notes of decisions and action items; identify and manage program risk factors, and identify and resolve program issues; escalate issues as appropriateQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in program management in a professional services environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityComfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution to problem solve, coupled with strong business acumen, and strategic thinking with analytical and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in an ambiguous, dynamic, fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines, and experience working in a complex, matrixed and diverse cross-culture environmentExcellent organizational, presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills; strong analytical ability, judgment skills and supervisory skills; ability to work effectively with program team members, program sponsors, functional leads, and senior managementProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams and Outlook required; related skills such as business modeling, management consulting, change management, organizational development, process improvement, tax, strategy and operations are a plus
