We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Program Management with a focus on Corporate Real Estate Technology Products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of technology products related to our corporate facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting procurement activities, coordinating commissioning activities, managing tests for technology products, overseeing product rollout, and maintaining existing contracts.
You'll make an impact by:
Supporting procurement activities for the new home office campus and other corporate facilities:
Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and evaluate technology products needed for corporate real estate facilities.
Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Coordinating commissioning activities:
Work closely with the product team, construction team, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful commissioning of technology products.
Develop and execute commissioning plans, including testing, validation, and integration of technology products.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address any issues or challenges during the commissioning phase.
Managing tests for various technology products:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology products for testing and evaluation.
Develop and implement test plans and protocols.
Coordinate and oversee testing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
Provide recommendations and insights based on test results to support decision-making processes.
Managing the rollout of technology products across corporate real estate facilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and integration of technology products.
Monitor and track progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the rollout process.
Coordinating contract completion:
Collaborate with Global Procurement, Legal, and outside vendors to ensure timely and accurate completion of contracts.
Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and monitor vendor performance.
Managing existing contracts:
Monitor and evaluate existing contracts to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and Corporate Real Estate Product teams to address any contract-related issues or concerns.
Identify opportunities for contract renewal or renegotiation to optimize value and mitigate risks.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field OR 4 years relevant work experience.
You have experience in program management, preferably in the corporate real estate or technology industry.
You have a strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are proficient in project management tools and software.
