About Manager, Professional Services Consultant

  AgileAssets, A Trimble Company, is looking for a Professional Services Consultant Manager to help manage, grow, and scale our professional services consultant (PSC) resources that provide our clients support and consulting in the use of the AgileAssets software solutions. In this role, you will help support our current customer accounts where we have active contracts for Resident Consultant, Dedicated Consultant, and Dedicated Engineer resources. Individually, these PSC resources are assigned to a dedicated account and support our implementations and customer business processes. Collectively, they are trained experts in the AgileAssets software suite.

  This role includes a high degree of customer visibility, including management of escalations, professional services estimates, contracting, team morale, and reports directly to the Director of Project Management. It includes management of approximately 10 individual resources. Together, you will support the customer engagements, challenge and cultivate your team, and strive to grow our relationships with our customers.

  The entire PSC team is responsible for customer satisfaction and all aspects of the customer relationship and experience with AgileAssets. This position focuses on internal growth through developing and deepening relationships, developing and conveying value with PSC resources, advocating for our PSC team, and facilitating the growth and development of our PSC technical skills through mentorship.

  The role requires transportation asset management knowledge, in-depth AgileAssets product knowledge, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build, lead, and manage internal and external relationships.

You can efficiently shift priorities to address emerging needs and challenges.Responsibilities: You are flexible in understanding and supporting the responsibilities of the PSC team, which encompass, but are not limited to, the following:Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the AgileAssets application across products and services offered with a general focus.Achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty, which includes prompt communication of escalated or critical issues affecting the customers overseen by the PSCs under your management.Establishing routine team meetings to facilitate and nurture team growth.Actively participating in marketing events, conferences, and roadshows, and actively promoting networking within our client community.Travel: You should be willing and able to travel up to 20% as needed, to meet the requirements of the role.Education, Experience and KnowledgeDegree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Transportation and infrastructure focus is preferred2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software companyKnowledge and/or experience on asset management and transportation management software is highly desirableTechnical understanding of relational databases preferredExceptional relationship development skills, with a strong ability to establish and maintain positive client relationshipsExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a particular focus on consulting skillsProven experience with root cause analysis and the ability to diagnose issues effectivelyDemonstrated customer service capabilities, including expectation setting and managementPositive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environmentA Self-starter who is energetic and motivated to contribute to the success of the teamThe capability to establish credibility, motivate others, instill accountability, and consistently achieve resultsProficiency in change management, with the ability to lead and support team members through organization and process changes effectivelyTrimble's Inclusiveness Commitment

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
