AgileAssets, A Trimble Company, is looking for a Professional Services Consultant Manager to help manage, grow, and scale our professional services consultant (PSC) resources that provide our clients support and consulting in the use of the AgileAssets software solutions. In this role, you will help support our current customer accounts where we have active contracts for Resident Consultant, Dedicated Consultant, and Dedicated Engineer resources. Individually, these PSC resources are assigned to a dedicated account and support our implementations and customer business processes. Collectively, they are trained experts in the AgileAssets software suite.
This role includes a high degree of customer visibility, including management of escalations, professional services estimates, contracting, team morale, and reports directly to the Director of Project Management. It includes management of approximately 10 individual resources. Together, you will support the customer engagements, challenge and cultivate your team, and strive to grow our relationships with our customers.
The entire PSC team is responsible for customer satisfaction and all aspects of the customer relationship and experience with AgileAssets. This position focuses on internal growth through developing and deepening relationships, developing and conveying value with PSC resources, advocating for our PSC team, and facilitating the growth and development of our PSC technical skills through mentorship.
The role requires transportation asset management knowledge, in-depth AgileAssets product knowledge, exceptional communication skills and the ability to build, lead, and manage internal and external relationships.
