The Role
Our Marketing Technology Team is seeking a Manager, Product Owner to drive our marketing automation and personalization initiatives forward. Reporting to the Vice President of MarTech, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing and personalization. The person filling this role will be focused on how MarTech can deliver personalized customer experiences across our sales and digital channels. Additionally, this individual will be managing go-to-market strategies, change management and ensuring successful adoption of new MarTech capabilities.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Partner with business marketing teams to activate innovative use cases leveraging MarTech capabilities
• Manage strategic technology vendors, ensuring alignment to MarTech strategy.
• Partner with the Agile teams in implementing new technologies and enhancements to existing platforms
• Develop and monitor improvement strategies to drive marketing automation efficiencies
• Provide support to overall road-mapping of future process improvements and/or testing tools
• Serve as business owner of various Marketing Technologies driving adoption, communications, support, and recommendations to increase utilization and ROI
This preference is for this role to be hybrid with work on-site in our Newark, NJ office but highly-qualified virtual candidates may be considered.
Your Expertise
What you'll need to succeed:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in digitally enabled businesses. MBA or business degree a plus
• 5+ years hands on experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology
• 3-5 years project management experience managing technical projects
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Working Knowledge of Digital/Virtual technology tools (On24, Zoom, Workfront, Marketo, Seismic, Adobe AEM)
• Demonstrated project management skills; takes direction well and clearly possesses the ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables
• Comfortable working with ambiguous and changing requirements and deadlines with a constant need to prioritize based on outcomes
• "Roll up your sleeves" mentality; must be able to foster collaboration to drive strategies, plans, results and outcomes enterprise-wide
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team and across functions and levels of the organization
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Experience in financial services preferred
Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $120,300.00 to $179,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
