This role will work closely with key internal business stakeholders focused on Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagements and patient support to surface business process gaps and solution needs that align with key business objectives for the Scrum team. Works directly with our IT deployment team to prioritize and execute the product roadmap, define user stories, and provide voice of the customer within product processes. This role will also interface and provide regular updates to the business regarding backlog status, team productivity metrics, and product demos.
Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role requires onsite 3-4 days per week. After the first 6 months of employment, the role requires onsite at least 2 days per week.

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to determine and discern detailed capability requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in order to build an aligned understanding of the problem and desired outcome with the Scrum team members.
• Aligning and delivering on the capability roadmap and clearly refining, managing scope, prioritizing product backlog items, along with communicating proactively to be in alignment with business priorities.
• Representing the business capabilities and priorities on Scrum project teams to ensure key deliverables are being met and communicated proactively to all stakeholders. Ensure that each deliverable meets outcome criteria before demonstrated to business.
• Serving as a capability business subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other product owners; demonstrate expertise in a business process and capabilities.
What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 8+ years of hands on experience OR Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience with software product ownership
• Demonstrated experience in software product ownership accountabilities

• Scrum Certified or Registered Product Owner Certified
• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts related to managing in a scaled agile environment.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $107,000 to $152,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
