GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Manager of Product Operations.
As a part of the Engage team, the Manager, Product Operations will improve customer interactions through unified experiences, customer identity, and personalized support. In this role, the Manager, Product Operations will be responsible for partnering with Product Management and Design to support formation and evolution of the Product Portfolio, ensuring proactive engagement across stakeholders, and managing ongoing integration points. S/he will be responsible for the development and implementation of proactive communications to drive transparency, productivity, and alignment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure teams are well-managed, driving iterative delivery and outcomes.
This position is a hybrid role, and it is required to be on-site 3 days a week at one of the following locations:Washington, DCSan Jose/San Francisco, CAFredericksburg/ Richmond, VADallas, TXChicago, ILSeattle, WANew York, NYIndianapolis, IN Job Responsibilities Launches and improves ways of working for teams aligned to product Optimizes and drives migration to a common toolset to enable transparency within a Value Pool. Facilitates product roadmap alignment with partner teams and escalates competing priorities. Supports the launch and execution of communication cadences and interaction models. Collaborates with Product Management and Design to map outcomes and value creation to 6-12-month roadmap. Partners with Product Management to monitor value of product against total cost of ownership. Develops and supports implementation of go-to-market strategy associated with product changes or launches. Works closely with Product Management, Design, and Finance to monitor product budget, forecasting and resource planning while finding opportunities for budget efficiencies. Ensures product team is leveraging design thinking, systems thinking, and agile best practices as part of the product life cycle. Identifies training needs to ensure adoption of defined processes, interaction models, and tools. Monitors, manages, and continuously improves associate culture and engagement Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in managing operations of Program or Product At least 3 years with agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications : Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and drive change Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change Familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation Proficiency in complex facilitation and dependency management Demonstrated experience influencing leadership and setting expectations for large cross-functional initiatives Design Thinking, SAFE Agilist, Lean Portfolio Management, Product Certifications preferred Annual Salary
$86,000.00 - $154,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
