  Manager, Product Management

  Thomson Reuters LegalTech Product team creates trusted and innovative product experiences for the rapidly changing Legal industry.   As part of the LegalTech Product Management people leadership team, you are responsible for the growth and development of the Product Managers you lead and will also serve as the local site lead for our Mexico based LegalTech Product Management team members. Instilling in them the core tenants of Product Management at Thomson Reuters, coaching and promoting a sense of community, while delivering against your own objectives for the year. You'll work closely with design and engineering to solve customer problems you'd tackle during the end-to-end product life cycle. This role will be responsible both for developing a strategy to grow existing products, and for leading new product development efforts. Through your leadership, you'll leverage your technical expertise to identify setbacks and roadblocks and generate solutions for resolving them quickly, build and manage a product team, recruit the best-suited PMs, and evaluate feedback from support teams to identify product errors and gaps.

  About the Role:

  As a Manager, Product Manager you will:

  Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.Build world class capabilities and products by creating a vision for product and maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.Build, manage and lead a world class team of product managers. You will lead a team to define and deliver significant strategic initiatives.Support, coach and motivate our local product team. In partnership with the broader LegalTech leadership team, serve as the site lead for our India based product team - coaching, connecting, and creating a sense of community for the local team members.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experienced Product Management Professional Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience 4+ years of Product Management experience
