UKG is looking for a Product leader to join our UKG Pro Timekeeping Product team. Product Managers are an integral part of the collaboration in the Development Process. As a manager you will be the leader of a team of Product Managers whose primary focus is the delivery of the Timekeeping Product Line. You are responsible for the care and feeding of a team of PM's ensuring that have what they need to best deliver products in a timely manner for our customers. You will help them define the solutions that allow our users and customers to get to the next level when engaging their people. LEAD
• Motivate, coach and lead a team of Product Managers for a specific domain to achieve department goals
• Coach, promote teamwork, resolve conflict and conduct performance evaluations
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Foster a creative and innovative environment
• Function effectively in a high paced environment
• Accountable for the direction and processes of the PM role with input from key stakeholders
• Responsible to evaluate the individual performance of direct reports and determine merit increase and rewards
• Acts as the Hiring Manager when a position opens - working with Talent Acquisition to post and hire. Responsible for the final hiring decision
• Responsible to work with other PM Managers on regular Talent Reviews of the PM Organization as a whole

Qualifications
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in a software development environment with Product Management experience
• Proven leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team building skills
• Proven ability to lead diverse groups of people to solution agreement by leveraging influencing skills to drive consensus
• Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture
• Domain knowledge requirements for Timekeeping
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Think imaginatively and intuitively while quickly grasping and synthesizing new ideas
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment to solve business problems
• Strong customer focus
