ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Product and Launch team are responsible for the digital approach and support for product launch, External Supply and data. Enable close collaboration with global launch organization and PGS for both system and digital support of actual and future launches. In collaboration with other Digital teams is responsible for the enterprise strategy, design, build, testing, operation, and support of the New Product Launch, External Supply and PGS Serialization Core Solutions portfolio.
As a member of the Product and Launch team, the Manager will perform business and systems analysis to support and develop designs for ongoing and new regulatory serialization initiatives, External Supply and new product launches. When areas on scope required Digital developments, will be responsible to coordinate all deliverables with the different Digital teams and will manage and coordinate conversations for alignment or issue resolutions. This role will partner with teams across Pfizer to help establish data requirements, influence service offerings, partner in development, and collaborate on the delivery of the services.
This role allows the candidate to partner with the Business community in building innovative solutions. The role requires the candidate to have exceptional organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance, lead and co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives for Products, Launch, External Supply and SerializationCoordinate Overall External Supply, NPLO and Products Digital Delivery across multiple creation centersProvide input to the development of the strategic New Product Launch, External Supply and Enterprise Serialization Digital roadmap for PfizerLead the functional/technical impact analyses and solution planning based on business process and requirements for serialization on Plant Logistic, Contract Manufacturing operation and AC&D.Drive further adoption of the system post go live through coaching teams and optimizing use of the systemUse a thorough understanding of project/program processes and strategies to identify projects, quantify benefits and prioritize initiatives that contribute to the objectives of the NPL and Serialization programsEnsure Value Realization across NPL, External Supply and Serialization through business process harmonization, supporting business change & continuous improvementCommunicate and secure agreement on the requirements across stakeholders and Digital teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with at five years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with eight years of relevant experience; OR Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience; OR 10 years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalentExperience with business analysis and writing business requirementsSystems technology experience in large scale systems implementations.Experience working in a large global, matrix organizationStrong organizational collaboration / partnership skillsExperience in architecting and hands-on delivery of enterprise systems, data interfaces, leading resources, and project managementAbility to operate in an agile environmentStrong attention to detail with good organization skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to excel in a fast-paced, often-ambiguous, regulatory/validated environment

Travel may be required (5-20%). Work with APAC and EMEA customers and team members may require early morning or late evening calls.
Work Location Assignment: Flexible colleagues are assigned a Pfizer site within a commutable distance where they work about 2.5 days weekly to connect and innovate with their team face-to-face. However, they also benefit from being able to work offsite regularly when it makes business sense to do so.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,800.00 to $151,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $81,800.00 to $136,300.00.
