As part of the Operations Product Development Engineering Team, you will work on productizing NVIDIA’s chips into automotive, servers, professional and datacenter markets.
What you’ll be doing:
As part of Operations Engineering team that plays a key role in developing new Tegra/Automotive products, you will architect, design, and implement efficient manufacturing test processes for our state of the art Tegra/Automotive chips
Represent Ops Engineering during architecture and design product life cycle and provide manufacturing capability feedback to design teams
Continuously mentor and develop engineers in your team
Define product test requirements and drive NPI bring up, validation, and characterization for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites as you continuously find opportunities for potential process improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement
Continuously mentor engineers to help widen their technical strengths
What we need to see:
Master’s in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of leading teams (6+ members) as a manager
Proven track record of leading advanced-technology ICs through all life cycle phases - from design to high-volume manufacturing
Hands on experience with IC ATE testing and System Level Testing and hands on experience with data mining and data analysis using statistical tools
Deep understanding of structural testing (scan, bist, etc) and advanced silicon technology
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to solve complex problems
Deep problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership and urgency in resolving unpredicted technical issues.
Ability to foster a creative and collaborative climate with multi-functional teams, while providing leadership?
Familiarity with automotive electronic requirements will be a plus and experience on handling projects with external vendors will be a plus

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
