Job Description The Role
The Card Benefits team is part of the Visa Consumer Product organization in Latin America and Caribbean. The team’s primary focus is to redesign the Card Value Proposition (CVP), features and benefits capabilities into digital platforms and end-to-end consumer experiences that will drive consumer and client preference for Visa core products.
As a key member of this team, you will curate and develop products’ benefits platforms across various customer segments i.e. affluent and millennials customers. You will be responsible for sourcing, management, go-to-market plans and implementation of the benefits platform through Visa’s digital channels and other new commerce entities.
In this role, you will need to be highly collaborative and be the key interface between various teams including Global & Regional Benefits, Products & Solutions, Innovation, Marketing, and Business Development to bring to market solutions that will enable our clients to drive greater card usage and top of wallet. Working closely with the Consumer Product team, you will also be co-developing for targeted customer segments and leveraging on Visa’s API deployment to allow clients to quickly plug into Visa assets to deliver a superior value propositions for the digitally-enabled consumer.
Essential Functions:
Ownership and management of set up, implementation and operationalizing new and existing platform benefits for key customer segments across LAC.Through strategic partnerships with key travel and lifestyle merchants, third party providers, secure best in class offers and privileges to provide a competitive advantage for Visa Products.Utilize industry, consumer purchasing behavior, consumer research and customer knowledge from in country teams, to seek out new benefits that will support the core value proposition of the key segments.Driving continual process and platform improvements through identifying efficiencies or removing pain points based on stakeholder feedback or self-identifying change opportunities.Prepare client-ready materials to support sales teams and deployment activities.Engage market product teams to ensure correct alignment and implementation approach. solicit feedback from platform delivery deployments and convey to teams, as appropriate. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications · 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
· 5 years+ experience project management
· Business, hospitality, or engineering degree / MBA preferred
· Sales & Marketing skills with a proven track-record in negotiations and partnerships
· Good understanding of consumer travel and lifestyle products and services
· Strong appreciation of technology
· Financial and P&L management experience
· Strong Project management skills
· Entrepreneurial with ability to take initiative at work
· Self-driven, team player.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, coupled with demonstrated negotiation and business development skills
· English and Spanish. Portuguese a plus

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 112,500.00 to 146,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
