Manager, Process Manager - Enterprise Specialty Servicing (Hybrid)
As a Process Manager on the US Card Channels Well Managed (CWM) team at Capital One, you will assess horizontal, vertical, and process-level efficiency, while working to continuously improve our internal working model. The Process Manager will lead or engage in critical departmental or cross-functional organizational initiatives using data-driven approaches, and will serve as an influential people leader to associates.
Core Responsibilities:
Build-out a standardized and consistent approach to how we work across CWM.
Relentlessly identify opportunities for improvement across our services using data.
Create influential, data-rich presentations to drive our decisions.
Build influence across vertical and horizontal stakeholder groups to ensure consistent alignment of objectives and desired outcomes.
Lead continuous improvement projects and/or direct others on projects.
Apply consistent Change Management and communications to initiatives that will affect our people.
Assist with running - and continuously improving - our Agile workflow process.
Develop a small team of data, process, and project management professionals.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication, a solid grasp of process and change management concepts, experience working with Risk Compliance teams, and the proven ability to autonomously and effectively develop a small team of people.
Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend about half of your working time in the office and half working virtually.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification
At least 1 Year of process management experience
At least 2 years of people leadership experience
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
At least 1 year of experience in compliance or risk management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management certification
At least 2 years of experience in process management
At least 3 years of people leadership experience
At least 2 years of experience in Google Suite
At least 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management
At Least 1 year of Agile experience
At least 1 year of change management experience
