Position Summary

Our innovative approach to patient care is driven by cutting-edge technology, and we are seeking a dynamic Manager for Change Management to support transformative initiatives within our organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and business processes.
Leadership & Collaboration: Support and influence cross-functionally, collaborating with our Technology & Strategy teams, operational pharmacy teams, and key stakeholders to drive the adoption of change. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Change Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of planned changes to anticipate and mitigate potential impacts on business processes, systems and colleagues.
Communication & Training: Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process. Determine training solutions in partnership with our Learning & Development organization and ensure timely execution of training to achieve a smooth transition and user proficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks associated with changes. Proactively develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and increase adoption.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives. Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Solicit feedback, address concerns, and champion a positive attitude toward technological advancements and process improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in change management and technology adoption. Continuously evaluate and enhance the change management framework to align with evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (5-7 years) in change management, project management or related leadership experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in technology change management.
Project management or change management certification.
In-depth knowledge of Specialty pharmacy industry or other related healthcare experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Pay Range

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
