POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager Portfolio & Brand Marketing EMEA is responsible for supporting the execution of Portfolio and Premium & Select Brand marketing strategies, campaigns and creative to support driving awareness, consideration and demand for hotels in EMEA. This role is part of the EMEA Marketing, Brand & Digital Team, reports to the Director Portfolio & Brand Marketing EMEA. The role collaborates with stakeholders across both EMEA and HQ Marketing, Brand and Digital teams, Area and Franchise Commercial, and Agency Partners including Creative and Paid Media. The role will provide Marketing support for the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, and Premium & Select Brands.

Co-ordinate updates to the EMEA messaging strategy.
Supporting with the execution of Premium & Select brand marketing campaign strategies to support achieving brand objectives.
Support coordination and execution of 360 brand marketing campaigns.
Responsible for managing updates to brand voice, ensuring all relevant teams and agencies are briefed on latest brand voice standards in cooperation with the brand champions.
Support with the execution of broad awareness campaigns.
Co-ordinate brand marketing campaign creative.
Execution of Partnership channel strategy activation.
Coordinate and execute the brand marketing email plan for Premium & Select Brands (METT).
Coordinate insights, trends and research requirements that will help inform creative and messaging strategies.
Work with EMEA Creative Agencies to develop brand marketing creative, ensuring working to brand voice.
Coordinate and execute the brand marketing digital merchandising plan.
Support identifying and executing opportunities to increase brand marketing messaging with Portfolio recency, conversion and destination marketing messaging and creative.
Partner with EMEA Content Marketing team on EMEA M Live Newsletters to ensure brand and portfolio updates, campaigns and new creative assets are shared.
Co-ordinate stakeholder updates on new brand and portfolio marketing campaigns and supporting creative assets.
Develop Hotel Marketing toolkits to improve activation of continent brand and portfolio marketing campaigns and messaging.
CANDIDATE PROFILE – EDUCATION + TECHNICAL SKILLS
3-5 years of marketing experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance with a focus on marketing (hospitality industry required).
University or professional marketing qualification preferred.
Knowledge and experience in supporting the execution of strategy marketing plans, brand marketing campaigns, digital brand marketing is required.
Language requirements: High proficiency in English is required. Additional language knowledge or proficiency is desirable.

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders (e.g., GMs, Sales and Revenue Leaders, Regional Team, media representatives, brand champions) and external agencies.
