Overview of the Position and Team:Title: Manager, Payor PartnershipsLocation: Denver, CO
Team Description: The Payor Partnerships team manages relationships with awide variety of payors, including commercial health plans, medical groupsand hospitals, among others. Within these relationships, the team isresponsible for negotiating and implementing all payor/provider contracts,educating our payor partners on various DaVita programs that create value andimprove patient care and outcomes, and reviewing financial models andlanguage terms to ensure our agreements keep pace with the dynamic healthcaremarket. Position Description: This teammate will serve as a vital member ofDaVita's Payor Partnerships team. Key responsibilities include cultivatingand maintaining payor relationships, negotiating rates and contractlanguage, redlining of contract documents, issue resolution,coordinating with claims teammates to ensure accurate billing, reimbursementand contract implementation, and regular communication with regional fieldoperating leaders. Experience and Education:
Undergraduate degree (post-graduate professional degree a plus)
Minimum of three years' experience in contract language and rate negotiations
Healthcare experience preferred

Salary/ Wage Range$82,800.00-$121,600.00 / year
