We're looking for a Manager of Supply Chain and Manufacturing to join Telensa in Pampisford, near Cambridge.

In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you will manage Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), 3rd party manufacturing contractors and in-house production teams, ensuring relevant quality management systems and processes are in place and adhered to. Next to that, you will also be responsible for leading the health and safety committee ensuring that Telensa adheres to the relevant legislation.
What you'll do Working with the Supply Planner, Demand Planner and Sales Director to maintain a just-in-time supply chain with minimal stock holding.Working closely with the Signify global operations team to ensure alignment on strategic approaches and ways of working.Continuously looking for supply chain improvements and negotiating their implementation.Ensuring manufacturing systems are in place and are effective to ensure a seamless process and reliable output in line with forecasts.Reporting to the CEO to ensure agreed production schedules are monitored and in progress, with mitigation actions applied proactively whenever necessary to achieve forecasts.Managing rollouts of Phase In of new products and changes / Phase out to existing products.Ensuring the management of long lead time components is forecasted.To proactively identify and implement cost and process efficiency improvements throughout the manufacturing and distribution processes.Your qualifications
