KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages production floor planning for MSO manufacturing supporting Brasseler Medical, Brasseler Dental, OEM and contract manufacturing.
• Develops and support a working model for demand planning through management of inventory levels to support MSO supplied commercial partners.
• Manages End to end supply support infrastructure for Brasseler Medical
• Manage and develop a production planning team to support the growing infrastructure of the MSO.
• Identify and interpret new and emerging customer requirements or market trends that will affect future inventory strategies
• Partner with finance on production floor plan and resulting absorption model.
• Owns ERP system design for production planning, floor management and inventory controls.
• Manage raw material inventory, and semi-finished inventory (All areas MSO).
• Ensure availability of products in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels for Brasseler Medical.
• Review and plan requirements for acceptable inventory levels for the Brasseler Medical Business.
• Work with Marketing and Merchandising to understand future strategies/new sales plans, promotions, supplier agreements and excess inventory opportunities.
• Analyze data to convey a story and develop recommendations for strategies leveraging insights from data. Provide daily/weekly/monthly metrics that represent oversight of production planning status.
• Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas and orchestrate support across company's departments including sales, marketing, and supply chain to execute all elements of the Key Supplier Program.
• Supports new product development: floor allocation for prototyping and delivery to committed timelines.
• Enforces adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Drives continuous improvement with supporting metrics and data analysis.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
• Ensures quality of products is maintained and safety procedures, Federal and State regulations and Company guidelines are followed
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Supplier Management in a regulated environment.
• Purchasing experience in a regulated environment.
• ERP system inventory management
• Experience in medical device manufacturing of Class 1 and 2, devices,
• Effective Continuous Process Improvement experience
• Knowledge, experience, and proven adaptability with different supply chain flows.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years in a regulated manufacturing environment with 5 or more years in production planning; minimum 3 years of management experience required.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
