Major Duties andResponsibilities
Manages team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of the human assets of Advia, including monitoring performance, coaching, mentoring, training, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational mission, values, service standards, policies, and work guidelines. Appraise performance and provide recommendations for promotion, disciplinary action, and termination, as appropriate.
Oversight of the organization's various marketing business plans and marketing calendar Accountable for marketing effectiveness and efficiency, identify and address short term and long-range issues; work with Marketing Analytics Team to report campaign results to VP of Marketing; mentor team members tasked with projects related to administering our marketing plan.
Media placement and strategy work with Agency on annual media plan including: digital, traditional, targeted and mass media channels, as approved with the marketing budget. Work with Analytics team to review effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed. Work to control costs and provide recommendations for improved communication strategy effectiveness. Evaluate and recommend new communication channels as revealed through MARTECH strategies as presented within industry.
Oversees the vendor relationship, software management, processes, workflows and measurement tools of the organization's marketing automation platform (e.g., Marketo) to help develop new innovative ways used and for generating actionable insights; ultimate goal is to help improve operational efficiencies and contribute towards more engaged, contributing member relationships.
Internal Communications related to Advia team member aspects associated with marketing related activities - advise employees of marketing related efforts and key communications, related to the marketing and sales initiatives of Advia. Create communication packages for retail employees to increase effective marketing interactions with members such as call scripts, push pieces, and special incentive fulfillment; work with Analytics team to design and deploy contests and other motivators o
