The Global Selling & Stores Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing Front and Back of Stores solutions within TJX IT. The organization delivers capabilities to the stores that enrich the Customer and Associate experience and provide business value. We seek a motivated, talented, experienced leader to help guide the lifecycle of these capabilities through planning, design and delivery within Back of Stores solutions.
The Manager of IT Engineering, Workforce Management Solutions you will lead an engineering team that supports the Workforce Management solutions for a group of global users including US, Canadian, Australian and European partners.
This role will lead a team of developers of all experience levels to grow their engineering mindset. This role will also partner with other technical team members (Managers and Individual Contributors) to implement, monitor, and measure development best practices. Finally, you will be accountable for technical product oversight, including the engineering health, stability, and sustainability/maintainability of the WFM solutions.
The core duties include:
Leading the team through technology modernization from Kronos legacy to Kronos Dimensions Establishing and enforcing engineering best practicesDriving technology roadmaps to support lifecycle management. Designing and identifying solutions supporting business objectives and practices. You will work in a fast-paced environment which will challenge you to think creatively and exhibit an agile mindset. All the solution delivery work will be done within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, specifically in WFM oriented development such as Kronos or UKGSaaS / Cloud practicesExperience in an Agile development environment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferredStrong critical thinking and communication skills (verbal, written, & presentation)At least 5 years of management experience in a technical team lead role with overall direction & workload oversight responsibilities required.

Ability to lead technical cost/benefit analysis to advise product roadmaps and solution direction.Team leadership / coaching / technical team career development, (up to ~10 direct reports)Experienced with DevOps, CI/CD processes and tools.Proven track record to design, modernize and transform solutions.
