Job Description
• Be the controlling interface of FF
• Oversee the performance of FF (budget, FC and actual)
• Monitoring the performance of FF, analyzing on the KPI.
• Participating in target setting and the action tracking and decision making
• Cost variation analysis monthly
• CEOS review• Prepare material Bgt / FC / quarterly Material tracking
• Responsible for the PPV report preparation and analysis, actions driven
• Responsible for the PPV adjustment if necessary
• Responsible for PE-ICO material reconsiliation
• Responsible for ICO material quotation and communication with ICO customers
• Responsible for controlling topics for Re-DTC• Resposible for NCC(Bgt, FC, Actual), support in the target setting
• Responsible forsupplier claim calculation and tracking
• Responsible for NCC report preparation and analysis
• Responsible for block stock tracking, analysis and action tracking• Support the operation related project team in special topics
• Support in the other finance and controlling team in process optimization• Responsible for the yearly and daily STD Cost release
• Responsible for the quotation template yearly update
• Responsible for the Plant Cost Structure preparation and analysis

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance and controlling.
2.5 years Controlling experience or 5 years Production / SCM / IE experiences in manufacturing company
3.Required skills:
1).Finance & Controlling Management (including Finance & Controlling policies, systems and processes)
2).Planning and Forecasting
3).Costing and Financial accounting
4).SAP R/3 KnowledgeTotal Cost Control Management
5).Lean Production principles, methods and tools (e.g. CA.PS)
