Manager of Consulting Analytics (Finance) - Remote
Job Description
The Manager of Consulting Analytics leads a team of analysts to assess the performance of pharmacy benefits and develop recommendations for improvement for client and Prime initiatives. The Manager’s responsibilities include the oversight of reporting and analytic services provided to internal and external clients, process improvements, quality assurance programs/initiatives, and ensuring the effective and consistent application of analytic offerings between clients and across business units.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct the work of a team of analysts to ensure that client standard and ad-hoc projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Lead staff through the migration and adoption of new enterprise analytic technology and processes for all analytic requests (i.e. Prime Analytics Ecosystem platform)
Serve as knowledge expert for complex client analytical work and develop self sufficiency in end users through effective training and troubleshooting initiatives
Evaluate all requests for change in reporting scope or requirements, development of user acceptance and deployment plans, coordination of training, and other necessary support plans for client group
Assist in the development and application of analytic methodologies, models, and reports to support Prime’s products and services
Assist in the completion and peer review of projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
6 years of PBM, benefits consulting, medical, or financial services experience
1 year of management/people leadership experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Proficient in business intelligence tools (i.e. GCP, Business Objects, Tableau) and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build a collaborative team and work effectively across functions, disciplines and/or other groups
Ability to effectively present complex information to a variety of levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability to problem solve through complex situations
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
Experience conducting pharmaceutical, medical and/or financial analyses
Extensive experience using analytic tools
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
Reports to Director or Senior Director in the Pharmacy Audit, Pricing Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Economics or Pharm Trade Relations departmentPotential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
