The purpose of this position is to direct and manage the strategic roadmap and resources necessary to enable multichannel analysis and optimization of Publix Marketing's channel mix. You will architect and manage the solution set, including tools, people, and processes, as well as direct internal and external resources. You will provide accurate solutions for the optimization of Publix Marketing's paid and owned efforts, improving budget efficiencies, and media effectiveness. You will continue to evolve and innovate multichannel analysis and optimization to address technical, regulatory and competitive changes.
Responsibilities include: defining and evolving the Multichannel Analytics strategy, in alignment with the overall Digital Marketing Analytics vision and strategy, necessary to influence Publix Marketing's competitor defenses and suggest budget efficiencies ensuring the strategy implementation plans of each Multichannel Analytics associate and supplier collectively achieves the overall Multichannel Analytics strategy serving as the organization's foremost expert concerning Multichannel Analytics tools, data, and services by proactively advocating viewpoints and providing perspectives in support of improving Publix Marketing's budget efficiency and competitive defense approving comprehensive data and insights produced by Multichannel Analytics associates and presenting executive reports to Marketing sub-departments and executive leadership leading, managing, and developing Multichannel Analytics associates within their domain of expertise and supporting collaboration with Marketing sub-departments and vendors comprehensive oversight of vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or another analytical discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience 5 years in a digital marketing function delivering data and insights 5 years leading or directly collaborating with Marketing functions 5 years leading or directly utilizing media, trend, web, and mobile analytics 5 years of experience with managing external vendors intermediate or advanced training in Google Analytics from a Google-Certified Partner (Bounteous, Luna Metrics, MeasureSchool, etc.) advanced understanding and application of Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) concepts and tools like Nielsen Attribution advanced understanding and application of Mix Media Modeling (MMM) concepts and tools like Nielsen MMM advanced understanding of media planning and analysis concepts and tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SA360, and DV360 advanced understanding of trend data analysis concepts and tools like Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner, and Pinterest Trends advanced understanding of data and insight reporting and presenting concepts and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and public speaking basic skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel availability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require
Preferred Qualifications

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
