ROCcontributes to the overall goals and objectives of Moody's Investors Service by enabling the company to operate more effectively and to better meet the evolving expectations of our stakeholders by delivering: 1) analytic data capture and enrichment, inputs and outputs to support ratings & research, 2) ratings transaction setup and release and rating desk services, 3) regulatory processes and operational controls, 4) product management for regulatory website, 5) center of excellence for process improvement and 6) project management support
Role/Responsibilities :This is a HYBRID work model, and the successful candidate will be required to report into the office two days per week. No Visa sponsorship and no relocation assistance is available for this position.Perform managerial and operating tasks.Manage a group of business administrators that support Public Finance GroupOversee and ensure quality assurance, and timeliness of delivery of service.Implement policy and provide assistance for a variety of projects as directed by manager(s)Performing and managing daily operating tasks and ensuring end-to-end support for Rating Actions for AnalystsLiaising with Rating Analysts, MD's and other stakeholders on a regular basis to build relationships.Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to improve workflow efficiency.Regularly liaise with managers located in a variety of locations.Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal clients.Serve as subject matter expert for the assigned function(s) and business lines.Training new hire(s) and communicating workflow changes to direct manager and within team.Understand and apply legal, compliance, and credit policies and practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Science or Financial discipline5 -7 years financial services, financial instrument/products knowledgeExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, result oriented and efficient.Independent thinker and results oriented individual, self-starter.Ability to co-ordinate, manage and deliver on time.Good interpersonal skillsMS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointSharePoint experience preferred.Design thinking experience preferred.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is 76,200 to [[110,400]] , depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moody's also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
