What you'll do...
Lead daily execution of business solutions by: collaborating with key stakeholders, conducting root cause/impact analysis, designing and delivering process solutions, documenting One-Best-Way for business continuity, and influencing technology solutions through impactful business justification & ROI
Drive major corporate initiatives (ex. Black Friday) by: aligning with business leadership, evaluating resources/responsibilities, identifying risk factors, creating plans with key deliverables, removing process/technology barriers, designing/distributing actionable reporting, and recording correction of errors
Enhance business tools/processes by: aligning with key stakeholders on pain points, tracking system performance/stability/bugs, performing ongoing issue/trend analysis, and partnering with product/technical teams for priority
Drive, direct, and oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle (requirements, timeline, communication, customer/leadership alignment, testing, documentation, implementation, etc.) at appropriate scale and scope (Macro, Process Change, ISD Support, Rapid Response, Corporate Development Project)
Develop relationships with Merchandising and Support partners to represent item file systems and best practices as business partner, POC, and SME through consultation, training, and issue resolution as needed
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
You are passionate about ensuring the end user's needs are met through technology and process
You are comfortable with data and possess the technical skills to retrieve, summarize, and visualize complex data and processes (ex. SQL, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint)
You have expertise in project management principles and experience with system/process design
You can effectively prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple complex projects/requests
You have a proven ability to lead associates and influence business partners to achieve desired results
You possess strong analytics skills used to identify root cause, quantify impact, mitigate risk, recognize trends, and detect inefficiencies
You have strong written and verbal communication experience; Ability to develop and deliver easily understood messages/materials from highly complex systems/processes
