Responsible for the overall management of the Market/Marketing Intelligence group in support of ManpowerGroup’s North American Sales and Marketing Organization. The scope of the Market/Marketing Intelligence charter allows for support in the following areas:
● Market Research & Intelligence
● Data Analysis
● Strategy, including managing Analyst relationships
● Modeling/Predictive Decisioning
● Lead NPS team
● Marketing Targeting and Campaign performance
Making an Impact
• Manage team of resources to ensure ongoing development and team succession planning.
• Utilize sales, marketing, and delivery reporting to create and enhance an in-depth data analysis process for sales/marketing performance acceleration.
• Provide data and insight-based analysis/target audience strategy for Digital Targeting at the client, prospect, applicant level and the audience/persona level. Maintain and optimize marketing attribution dashboards to enable marketing teams to optimize resourcing and increase the impact of their initiatives.
Sharing Expertise • Ongoing research and review of market trends and new industry developments through multiple sources.
• Provide updates, market research and evaluate competitors positioning and advantages, draft position papers and similar documentation.
• Serve as the data and market subject matter expert to digital marketing, integrated marketing and sales enablement on marketing plans. Scopes projects to delegate to team members for activation.
• Become a key advisor by developing a deep understanding of the brands, organization and category; collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders on a regular basis for continuous organizational learning; identifying and understanding business issues and objectives; delivering actionable recommendations stemming from designed research and analytic solutions; and anticipating emerging business needs.
• Leveraging Leadership’s actions, continue to develop a culture of innovation within ManpowerGroup Sales and Marketing, evaluate, recommend and oversee innovation projects, maintain and enhance innovation requests, oversee innovation initiatives (contests, surveys, brainstorming), and communicate with ManpowerGroup stakeholders on innovation initiatives. Hold team members accountable to market/marketing intel project delivery.
Gaining Exposure
• Establish and maintain relationships with key analysts and industry groups who track IT Practice Areas, Global counterparts, Finance, Data & Analytics, HR, and Human Capital,
• In close collaboration with Brand and Marketing leadership, continuously refine go-to-market and target marketing plans across brands by providing marketing campaign performance insights and market intelligence
• Gather feedback from sales and marketing teams on a regular basis to constantly improve analysis/results.
• Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders including subject matter experts, local leadership, marketing and media contacts
Your Typical Day
• Develop and enhance data analysis process for Sales/Marketing
• Test and learn as we build out campaigns and our Marketing Plan.
• Occasional travel to HQ or client sites may be required

Required
• B.A. degree with a solid understanding of business and analytic concepts and experience in marketing plan execution and marketing data analysis.
• 3 years’ experience in a related marketing, market intelligence, technology solutions or analysis and strategy role
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong skills in Alteryx, Power BI, and/or Data Visualization tools; comfort with Automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) and processes.
• Ability to scope requirements and effectively coach team members to deliver market and marketing intelligence projects with excellence and user impact in mind.

• Experience managing staff in a matrixed organization
