We’re looking for a dynamic luxury sales professional to support the West Region of the United States. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the territory, which includes California, Arizona and New Mexico. As Manager, Key Accounts you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing a select portfolio of Key Accounts for Seabourn, focused on increasing sales and growing visibility, market share, revenue, and partner loyalty. You’ll be responsible for implementing sales and marketing programs to attain sales and revenue objectives focused on the mutual growth of the business partnership between the select accounts and Seabourn, while maintaining high levels of customer service for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a focused contact strategy with all assigned Seabourn top accounts consisting of in-person visits, frequent telephone contact and written monthly and quarterly progress reports to sustain the partnership and ensure achievement of annual revenue goals.
Participate in key account events including client events, trade shows, conferences, and staff training.
Oversee the development and implementation of individualized account marketing plans, including maintaining current content within websites.
Develop and implement comprehensive product and sales training programs for use with top accounts.
Conduct monthly top account reviews to discuss marketing opportunities, revenue progress and training opportunities.
Develop and propose select marketing and sales initiatives designed to assist top accounts, based on their individual business strengths, to meet/exceed their revenue goals.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch marketing campaigns to coincide with Product Launch and focus products. Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of two years prior sales management or field sales experience.
At least two years of related experience selling and collaborating with trade/travel advisor accounts.
Background in the field of travel preferably cruise travel.
Strong communication skills: both written and verbal.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel.
Experience using a CRM system.
Experience with cruise/travel reservations systems.
Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Able to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the company.
Ability to market and sell the company’s value proposition and product differentiators.
Ability to effectively use virtual communication software tools.
Experience in successfully managing account portfolios in sales related positions ensuring growth and milestone achievements.
Demonstrate people management skills through collaboration with field sales partners.
Strong record of sales and account retention preferred.
Demonstrative success in developing and maintaining professional contacts.
Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of management and employees preferred.
Organize and execute multi-faceted sales events with a keen understanding of organization and logistics required to ensure a successful outcome.
Maintain professional composure while under stress and pressure.
Possess a strong drive, positive attitude, and high energy to reach specified sales and service goals.

Base Salary Range: $64,800.00 to $87,500.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
