The manager of the HR Strategy will be responsible for the annual strategic planning process integrating different Edwards' talent and organizational needs to HR. Support Executive and Board level strategy build out and evaluate external workforce signals and how it may apply to Edwards.

Leading designing and execution of the annual strategic planning process while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standardsProviding direction and guidance to smaller project teams to address key strategic challenges and opportunities.Developing impactful presentations and tools to facilitate communication of findings and recommendations to internal and external audiences.Collaborating across functions, regions, and BUs to deliver an actionable strategic planDeveloping strategic and tactical business plans to drive short term execution and prioritization in partnership directly with global and cross functional teamsResearching and evaluating external human capital signalsLeading the design and delivery of key strategic initiatives identified by the HR Leadership Team
What you'll need:
Bachelor's DegreeEight years related work experience with three years direct experience in strategy, management consulting or business development orMaster's Degree or equivalent with six years related experience

For California, the base pay range for this position is $111,000 to $158,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
