Job DescriptionHR Operations is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to fill the role of HR Operations Manager. You will be part of a highly collaborative, consultative, and high-reaching operations team that influences and completes critical HR processes and initiatives. You'll build successful, influential relationships with HR partners and business leaders by applying a consultative approach and demonstrating the full power of HR Operations to drive streamlined, tech forward outcomes. You'll improve the ease of doing business with HR by modeling a 1HR mentality, influencing direct access tool enhancements and adoption and using data to improve the customer experience.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect: * Maintain relationships with HR business partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and other key collaborators including HR Process Consulting, Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness, etc. * Primary point of contact between HRBPs and HR Operations -- translating business changes that HR Operations will need to implement and sharing HR process changes with the HRBPs. * Complete key HR processes and transactions on behalf of the businesses, including severance & separations, performance & talent management life-cycle support, M&A, and business reorganizations, severance and separation processing, affirmative action planning, etc. * Partner with HRBPs and Talent Partners to ensure seamless execution of talent processes including creating cohesive project plans for cyclical work where applicable, Workday maintenance, and providing executive calibration support in select situations. * Lead operational aspects of reorganizations, serving as project manager for mid-size actions while engaging all appropriate partners. * Proactively identify trends and opportunities to enhance the HRBP experience -- including opportunities to automate and/or eliminate work, minimize handoffs, minimize risks, and leverage technology.
What you'll need: * Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in HR subject area, including familiarity with performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and compensation. * Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Workday. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Visier preferred. * Tenacious business insight and consulting skills, including the ability to quickly assess situations, identify gaps, clearly articulate what needs to be done, and mobilize others in support of business goals. * Strong ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends, influence partners, and inform recommendations. * Proven interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to exhibit presence, act with resilience and gain credibility to influence all levels of leadership. * Excellent project and time management skills. Ability to act with agility to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver quality work on time; collaborate with others, have the courage to establish boundaries, understand group dynamics, handle difficult situations and adapt to get results.

The salary range for this role is from $103,100.00 to $153,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
