Responsibilities:
Support on hotel investment sales, advisory work, and research
Securing listings, prepare marketing materials for sale of assets, closing real estate transactions
Ascertain client needs, site inspections, property due diligence and Land & title deed analysis
Establish property sale values
Build up hotel owner and client database (cold calling, arranging for and attending meetings with senior team members
Under supervision of senior team members, develop pro forma financial projections, preliminary asset valuations
Communicating with and coordinating internally with other support departments
Point power presentation construction
Review and summary of terms and conditions and operator brand reviews
Build database of hotels and their KPIs, and upload stock properties onto corporate systems
Presentation of services to clients
Review and benchmark key operational, financial performance indicators of the subject properties
Support the team in operator selection processes, with a particular focus on RFP preparation, submission evaluation and contract negotiation
Project document gathering
Proposal preparation, ad hoc office support as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Hotel business or real estate
5 years of working experience in hotel business sector
Knowledge of the hotel asset, operations, and/or P&Ls are required
Experience in hotel operations, market supply, finance or revenue management would be advantageous
Experience in financial analysis, project feasibility, business valuation, or real estate valuation is a plus
Detail oriented, strong organization skills and business development minded
Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are required
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Weekend / non-business hours work as required
