Approximately 10% of all dialysis patients reside in a SNF and are transported to dialysis three times a week placing a significant burden on patients and adding significant avoidable costs to the health care system. DSD teammates will have access to all the capabilities and resources DaVita has to offer, and will work to quickly leverage these to develop the infrastructure and grow the new service line. Teammates must be comfortable working autonomously and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources across the Village.The Manager, Growth Strategy will leverage data, systems, communication, and cross-functional resources to support the development and execution of DSD growth strategy, including pipeline development and existing program growth, in a manner consistent with DaVita compliance, mission and values, and quality and financial performance expectations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Oversee collection, analysis, and reporting of key operational data including BD pipeline, admissions and treatment growth, and clinical metrics -helping to drive insights and continuous improvement across the business.2. Lead the creation and maintenance of business development/marketing resources and execution of internal and external marketing and communication plans to support business development and treatment growth.3. Develop and deploy comprehensive market analyses, leveraging appropriate external and internal resources, in support of BD and treatment growth initiatives.4. Support critical legal and compliance processes to support business development activity including home program selection, partner selection and business rational, medical director and skilled nursing facility agreement creation, and legal prioritization.Experience and Training:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or related area- 3+ Years of experience in healthcare and/or business development- Significant experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com, and other analytical software platforms- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills- Demonstrated knowledge of diabetes and/or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) disease preferred.Perform job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Code of Conduct.
