Job Description The successful candidate will join Visa’s Global Privacy Office as a member of the Global Privacy Strategy and Operations team. In this role, you will help drive operational excellence and program improvement across Visa’s Global Privacy Program
Essential Functions:
Work with the leadership team to design, implement, and manage a program plan of improvement projects for Visa’s Global Privacy Office Work with the Head of Strategy and Operations to develop Visa’s privacy strategy and communicate its key tenets to stakeholders. Support key privacy programmatic areas such as management of privacy incidents process and integration of entities acquired by Visa. Effectively and efficiently, plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across different project(s) and stakeholders. Identify, design, and build solutions to improve processes, using data from Visa’s privacy program and from working with Visa’s wider business. Actively participate in different initiatives as a privacy subject matter expert. Assist with various privacy operations initiatives as determined by requirements of Global Privacy Office. You will need to consistently manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service, whilst demonstrating self-awareness and proactively soliciting and acting on feedback. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
• Relevant experience includes privacy governance and/or privacy operations management in a global entity
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Privacy program management experience
• Ability to present data to different audiences and an understanding of how data can be used to identify programmatic opportunities for improvement
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
• Ability to understand and document project requirements and dependencies
• Strong people skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients at all levels of management and work on cross-functional teams on complex issues
• Versatility, ability to prioritize and handle a large number of matters, and ability to work effectively on a small team with significant workload
• Understanding of business and functional requirements
• Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
• Previous experience developing or maturing a privacy program
• Previous experience in financial services, another regulated industry, or working in Technology sector
• One or more IAPP CIPP certification(s) a plus

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 172,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
