  OnsiteThis position is for a Mgr, FP&A (Sr Financial Analyst) in the Mission Systems Operations Finance organization. This role will provide support to the Cedar Rapids site and provides a great opportunity to network across our Operations organization and the Mission Systems business. Daily interaction with Manufacturing, Program Management, Government Accounting & Controls, and other Finance functions allows each analyst to influence perspectives and create value. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills and is detail oriented. The position also requires the ability to understand how Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Collins Aerospace Finance policies apply to current business situations.This role will be performed ONSITE at our Collins Aerospace location in Cedar Rapids, IA.

  May be eligible for relocationPrimary Responsibilities:Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and recommendations. Consolidate budgets and present to executive leadership.Conducts medium to large-scale projects. Builds analytical models to perform complex analyses.Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, operations, supply chain, programs, engineering and other areas of business for financial and strategic planning purposes.Communicate cost and cash flow risk and opportunities to the business unit. Along with internal communication to Manufacturing and across all Finance leadership teams.Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies.Assist in developing government rates, pools, and cost structures. Along with identifying key impacts to the business.Provide compliance support including internal and external audits.Perform analysis on make parts standard costs.Develop annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range plan (LRP) commitments.Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of other Operations Financial Analysts. Document processes and provide training. Perform back-up duties for the team and leader as needed.Develops and maintains financial information systems.Utilize HP, HFM, and SAPQualifications/ Experience Needed:

  Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsPreferred Qualifications:

  Experience with SAPExperience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel
