SUMMARY : Manager will report to the Director of Financial Analysis, Ad Sales Finance, and will play an integral role in providing significant insights on Warner Bros. Discovery’s Advanced/Addressable Advertising performance. Manager will oversee ad sales data targeted revenue initiatives across all platforms. Manager will prepare strategic analyses to drive business decisions and will work closely with multiple business and finance stakeholders to model forecast, budget, LRP, and ad-hoc analyses.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advanced Advertising Finance Lead– Ad Sales FP&A Oversight of Forecast/Budget LR.
Analyze and monitor KPI’s proactively work with cross-functional business partners, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives, identifying opportunities and levers to maximize monetization.
Provide robust advertiser/platform yield analysis across ensuring alignment with financial targets, providing transparency and visibility to stakeholders.
Partner with accounting and billing team on month and quarter-end close reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in advanced advertising forecasting, and aligning on revenue recognition.
Ad Hoc Analyses
Work Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience including financial and data modeling & analyses
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Bachelor’s degree (MBA and data/tech experience a plus)
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in excel and demonstrated technical skills in building agile and intuitive financial models.
Proven track record of advanced analytics and must be able to lead, define, execute, and collaborate with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate and make high level presentations to senior executives.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
