　　Eaton India's Crouse Hinds Business is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This position is based out of Chennai, India.This position is will work collaboratively with India and EMEA Finance, Accounting, Sales, Business Operations and Senior management. Will be responsible for providing financial guidance on the GEIS Devices, Systems and Electrical Product segments, which would include Orders, Revenue, Margin analysis and forecasts, Project costing on Localization and New Product Introductions and Operating profit margins. Monitor and forecast actuals Vs profit Plan. This position would be directly reporting to the Eaton Crouse Hinds India Country Director.This role is a Individual Contributor role and will not have direct reports, hands on Knowledge on all the functional skillsets mentioned in the Job Description. The role is going to part of the Eaton India Crouse Hinds Leadership Team.

　　Qualifications:

　　Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferable.12+ years of FP&A domain.

　　Skills:

　　Excellent Analytical skills to interpret financial data (business acumen)Proficiency with MS-Office - particularly Excel, Power Point, Word, AccessExperience in financial modelling in M&A and complex commercial tendersExperience in project and service businessExperience is developing and maintaining Power BI solutions and business warehouseExpert Knowledge of SAP and BWExpert knowledge of Consolidation & Reporting Systems (Encore, Oracle Cloud, Hyperion planning, Essbase)"Strong written and verbal communication skills.Adapting to various cultures
