Job Description:
• Defines and delivers the affiliate consumer education strategy.
• Contribute to the development of brand's strategy plan. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting and customer segment behaviours.
• Adapts and develops retailer specific and affiliate specific programs including selling, services, and coaching - in store or via digital channels, for own and generic staff.
• Drives omnichannel initiatives, in coordination with commercial, digital, and retail teams.
• Lead development of training facilitation content to ensure that training is engaging, relevant and fun and that the Sales and Education Executives can deliver the trainings with excellence.
• Plans and delivers the education training for own and generic staff.
• Evaluates education program, tracks results', and follows them up (e.g., uses Mystery Shopper results), shares learnings with Brands, Region, and Global.
• Builds strong relationships with retailer counter parts.
• Builds and manages the education budget per brand.
• Partnership with Marketing, Commercial, & Digital teams in the planning and execution of 360-degree campaigns and to ensure alignment.
• Work closely with own and earned media team to elevate media and omni strategy.
• Lead content creation and initiate programs for social media platforms.
• Leverage and develop internal talent and brand voices.
• Develops and implement programs for branded content for Social Media via Product Trainers.
• Responsible for building sales and consumer experience capabilities within the field sales teams.
• Transforms and elevates the consumer education journey.
• Team management: mentor, leverage and develop the team to build talent for the future.
• Manages the education team (multi-brand product trainers and skills & development trainers, education coordinator) identifies and develops talents.
• Ensures that the Education team has strong understanding of Brand DNA to drive brilliant brand execution in store and online.
• Fosters the development of digital skills within the Education team (content creation, community management).
• Focus on customer service, development of sales strategies and achieving improved retail sales productivity.
