Want to use your leadership and financial skills to help the company deliver on their key strategic growth areas and initiatives? As a Manager, you will support Walmart's retail media business (Walmart Connect) as a member of the Revenue Finance Organization. Daily, you will work with internal and enterprise stakeholders to assist in the development of the business's annual operating plan and strategic programs.
Additionally, you will perform decision support analysis for initiatives across the Revenue Organization on an ad hoc basis and communicate the results of your analysis to business partners and finance leadership.
We are a data driven, results-oriented Finance team focused on partnering with senior business leaders, executive finance leadership team, and Chief Revenue Office to influence decisions and drive outcomes to deliver shareholder value while helping our customers save money and live better.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Partner with Walmart Connect key internal stakeholders, including Strategy, Business Operations, Product, and Sales, to support the development and execution of strategic programs
Develop materials to communicate financial results and business impact to leadership
Perform ad hoc analysis, including financial modeling and data analysis, to develop operational and strategic insights across the revenue organization

Driving Customer Focused Action - Drive reporting that leads to action and tracking of results not just past performance
Building Cross-Functional Relationships - Build and manage relationships with key partners to accelerate business improvements
Providing Accurate Financial Projections and Variance Analysis - Provide input to the financial planning process by preparing financial analysis and modeling in partnership with cross-functional areas; explain variations and answer questions regarding financial issues.
Improving Processes - Identify and fix gaps and inefficiencies in current processes to increase agility, accuracy, connectivity between functions, and proactive action while mitigating risks
Identifying and Resolving Operational Gaps and Opportunities - Identify gaps between business goals and corporate objectives; provide feedback to management regarding risks associated with financial projects; and provide insight on relevant historical trends, expected future events, and retail trends
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1+ years of experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization software
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
