Job Description
Manages, plans, and organizes the staff and activities of facilities maintenance. Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs. Oversees equipment and facilities maintenance and repair.
Job Responsibility
Provides leadership to Facilities Management team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates direct reports; oversees the selection, development, management, and evaluation of indirect reports.
Manages the maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and facilities.
Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
Builds, and maintains productive inter/intra departmental and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
Recommends, implements, and adheres to approved operating goals, objectives, and budget.
Reports operation performance, justification, and corrective action.
Ensures compliance with the federal, state and local regulatory bodies are in force.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering Degree preferred), or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $85,090-$147,220/year
