KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Facilitator Development to join our Learning & Development team.
Responsibilities:Design and deliver courses to help KPMG professionals develop presentation and facilitation skills and prepare them to function as learning facilitators for firmwide learning programsCurate on-demand resources to support the ongoing development of KPMG professionals serving as learning facilitatorsObserve, guide and coach KPMG professionals serving as facilitators for firmwide learning programsDeliver a range of firmwide training on business, leadership, and go-to-market skillsServe as lead facilitator for a set of strategic KPMG- and vendor-developed courses delivered live at KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, as well as in virtual classroomsManage the execution of the firm's facilitator measurement strategy, designed to monitor our effectiveness in recruiting, training, and supporting internal facilitatorsQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience facilitating learning for business professionals including courses on business, leadership, and/or go-to-market skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityExperience working for a professional services or large consulting firm preferredDemonstrated success in training and coaching other facilitators to improve their presentation and facilitation skillsExecutive presence, strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to implement strategies with excellence and efficiencyDemonstrated success in addressing emerging needs and solving problems through flexibility, agility, innovation and collaborationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
