Job Summary
The Manager, Executive Search will be a key member of the Comcast Executive Search team which is responsible for identifying the next leaders of our Company. We are modeled similarly to an executive search firm, with a team of client facing recruiters partnering with our Research and Operations team to deliver exceptional talent for senior level roles. This role will act in support of a Senior Client Partner to understand the businesses strategy & culture of their assigned area, positioning the team to strategically consult on talent decisions. It will also work closely with our Talent Management and HR teams in order to provide perspective on the full talent landscape, both internal & external. This individual will play a key role in strategically sourcing talent for current and future needs as well as owning & executing Senior Director+ searches across assigned area.
Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all aspects of the search process for assigned roles, including search strategy, identification, development and management of candidates, interview and selection process, offer negotiation and client management.
Act in support of Senior Client Partner on senior level roles in assigned area with responsibilities including name generation and search updates.
Gather information and other resources to gain comprehensive understanding of client group and search requirements. Ensure an understanding of business strategy and direction, as well as skills and background required for prospective hires. Support Senior Client Partner in development & delivery of strategic material/reports.
Develop highly strategic recruitment strategies that leverage multiple channels to execute searches quickly while finding the right talent, both for currently active roles and pipelining activity. Stay on pulse of relevant market trends and recruiting best practices to influence proactive, creative approaches to talent identification.
Leverage research and network to establish candidate pipelines, identifying and engaging talent in key identified areas.
Be a champion for diversity and commit to identifying diverse slates for all roles.
Evaluate prospective candidates for specific roles as well as broader company opportunities. Partner with broader talent, as appropriate, to share talent, discuss shared business objectives and discuss talent attraction strategies.
Advise prospective candidates throughout the talent acquisition life cycle, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work with Executive Search Operations and Research team. Operate in a leadership capacity for assigned “pods” on a given search.
Ensure database is updated for both reporting and team workload sharing purposes.
Impact and influence positively throughout the organization. Be a resource throughout the company and provide support to team members; helping out when needed while adding value to the team and partners.

Generally requires 5+ years related experience in recruiting. Experience managing leadership roles strongly preferred.
