How will you make an impact in this role?
The Manager, Enterprise Deposits Analytics & Governance will join a highly visible team residing within the Global Treasury organization’s Global Funding, Liquidity and Banking team. The Manager, Enterprise Deposits Analytics & Governance will be at the forefront of developing and leading analytics, insights and reporting across deposit portfolios, including key deposit funding, cost of funds and macroeconomic trends, to inform and influence senior leaders on key deposit pricing decisions. The Manager will be responsible for defining and leading Enterprise-wide deposit analytics and reporting while ensuring we maintain a highly controlled pricing governance framework.
The Manager will collaborate and interact with key business partners ranging across Finance to Marketing and Product teams to drive meaningful insights in a white space environment, build new analytical capabilities within Treasury, maintain and enhance the governance of deposit pricing decisions, and, ultimately, enable us to execute against our strategic and financial objectives.
Vital to the Manager’s success in the role will be demonstrated agility working with data to develop analytics and extract key insights, excellent communication skills and ability to influence team and business partners through data storytelling. The Manager must be a self-starter proven to proactively seek opportunities to create efficiencies across the day-to-day.
Key partnerships include:
Finance teams to understand APY and deposit balance forecasts
Marketing and product teams to understand internal and competitor performance, including new accounts acquired, net deposit flows, depositor behaviors, peer dynamics, and macroeconomic trends.
Treasury to understand funding strategy, interest rate outlook, funds transfer pricing, and liquidity requirements.
Global Treasury’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team to develop appropriate allocation methodology of deposit portfolios.Internal oversight teams
Minimum Qualifications:
6 years finance or analytical experience in the Retail Deposits space
An analytical mindset with the ability to extract key insights from data and leverage data to drive results Ability to collaborate across teams to find the optimal data source, approach, and solution.
Strong collaboration and project management skills and can influence others to drive results outside of direct reporting line.
Demonstrate proactiveness and intellectual curiosity and a strong external perspective to proactively help shape strategy and influence the direction of the team.
Demonstrate high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to analyze financial and consumer trends, synthesize complex topics and present findings in a clear, compelling manner.
Experience operating in a white space environment and at times with minimal guidance.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools
Proven ability to work with large sets of data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with significant ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Proficiency in SQL, Hive/Yellow Brick
Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field is required.Graduate degree is a plus.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
