Position Description
As a Pricing & Inventory Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall health of WBD's ad-supported Streaming business. You will be the main point of contact for pre-sale requests, and will be deeply involved in key initiatives related to inventory and monetization on Max and Discovery+.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of analysts responsible for media plan approvals and all other pre-sale requests from Sales & Client Success teamsManage digital ad inventory on Max and Discovery+, identifying sales opportunities and signaling sellout risk where appropriateAs the streaming products evolve, play a key role in the monetization of this evolution, and overall go-to-market strategy to support itContinue to oversee and maintain the forecasting of ad capacities and campaign impression availability, and identify key factors to maintain accuracyWork with Product and Marketing teams to build compelling high-impact ad offerings, making strategic packaging recommendations and providing sponsorship estimatesBuild and maintain dashboards to monitor business trends and KPIs related to inventory and monetization on Max and Discovery+
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, statistics, science, economics, or a similar field. 3+ years of experience in media/advertising, analytics, or inventory management at an Ad Agency, Publisher, or Ad Tech companyStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsCapable of turning data into compelling stories and delivering actionable insights to leadershipHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, Power Query)Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) a plusExperience with digital ad serving systems, such as Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel, and front-end sales systems such as Salesforce and Operative a plusBasic understanding of SQL or other language(s) a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $77,000.00 - $143,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
