We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Architect. You will work on exciting projects that transforms our client's technology ecosystem with a focus on Microsoft Digital Identity capabilities.

In a client-facing consulting role, you will work on exciting projects that transform our client's Digital Identity solutions through the design and implementation of predominantly Microsoft Digital Identity technologies, with a focus on IAM and CIAM technologies. The CIAM Architect will play a pivotal role in integrating CIAM solutions with ERP and CRM technologies.

What you'll do
You'll be involved in estimating work, setting up and managing team structures, documenting quality and solution metrics, and highlighting risks and issues that could impact project plans.
• Evaluate and recommend CIAM technologies for implementation, including Microsoft Identity solutions, IBM Security Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead the integration of CIAM solutions with ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of CIAM solutions, considering scalability, performance, and security.
• Design and implementation of identity solutions, such as IBM Security Verify, Azure Active Directory P1 & P2 (which includes conditional access, application single sign on, and SCIM provisioning, as well as advanced security controls such as user and behavioral analytics.
• Architect and implement CIAM solutions that enhance customer onboarding, authentication, authorization, and overall security. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams across all implementation aspects.

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, and Washington.
Washington: Range $177,000 to $185,000
California: Range $177,000 to $185,000
Colorado (Range $153,000 to $160,000
