Your New Role...
The Manager, Digital content will lead the team in social media campaign strategy and creative direction. Working across WBD, external partners, and closely with our primary social media agency, they will ensure that content strategy reflects platform best practices and franchise marketing objectives while continually innovating based on performance and social media trend evolution.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Lead planning, ideation, development, and execution for @HarryPotter social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok) to drive engagement, cultural relevance, and positive fan conversation. Manage social media agency, providing strategic direction, creative feedback, and key deliverable information.Work closely with teams across WWD to ensure social media plans and aligned and integrated with key campaigns and priorities in addition to following appropriate legal and marketing guidelinesManage and oversee timetables with direct hands-on management of meetings, follow up, timelines, routing materials for approvals, campaign assetsActively examine, interpret, and report on fan sentiment and social metrics to guide the team on actionable insightsManagement of social media executiveMaintain a deep level of understanding of the social media landscape, and develop impactful relationships with platform partners and other social media leaders within WBD
Qualifications and Experience...
College degree required5-7 years experience on social media team for AAA entertainment brandExperience concepting and leading social media campaignsDeep knowledge of social media trends, platform best practices, and overall content marketing landscapeStrong copywriting and creative-directing prowessStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to craft social media content aligned with consumer trends and media landscape changes

The Legal Bits...
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
