As a Manager Development Program Manager/Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for launching, improving, and scaling manager development programs for our 1900+ Managers at Intuit. We are always evolving our approach to Manager Development at Intuit and you will play an important role in developing leaders at Intuit.
In this role, you will own end-to-end learning programs and experiences, including establishing key success program metrics and goals, leading the content design process, managing relationships with external consultants and vendors, partnering with internal subject matter experts, HRBPs, and key stakeholders, and establishing communication and scaling plans.

What you'll bring
6+ years in management consulting, leadership development, and/or program managementExperience building multiple manager development programs at scale at enterprise organizationsExperience facilitating live and virtual learning experiencesExperience designing, developing, and delivering hybrid learning experiences for a global employee baseStrong data acumen with experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to inform key decisionsExperience creating high-impact learning experiences in Docebo and Degreed a plusAbility to manage complex, high visibility enterprise learning programsOrganized with a strong attention to detailStrong executive presence and an ability to effectively influence senior audiencesAbility to facilitate decisions based on multiple, often conflicting perspectivesExpertise using design thinking to test and iterate on programsGlobal perspective and ability to think and plan at scalePassion for learning and leadership developmentStrong collaboration and partnership skills
How you will lead
Lead and drive customer empathy to deeply understand the challenges of our managersDesign, plan and implement integrated self-directed, virtual, blended, and in-person learning experiences through experimentation and rapid iteration, balancing customer feedback and business needsCollaborate with end-to-end stakeholders on the design, development, and delivery of manager development programsScale complex and high visibility global learning programsEstablish key program metrics, milestones, and goals and generate actionable insights that drive decision makingMarket programs to drive buy-in from participants (e.g., attendance and engagement) and stakeholders (i.e., feedback and alignment)Manage program budgetsInfluence and drive overall Manager Development measurement strategy, including data collection, reporting, and analysisAnalyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to get to the root cause and communicate the problem and drive alignment on shared outcomes across partners and stakeholdersLeverage tools and technologies to maximize impact, improve processes and build durable solutions that scaleBuild effective partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Experience, DEI, HRBPs, senior leadership, and Functional Learning teamsBenchmark external factors and trends affecting our people, workplace and customers and incorporate insights into program experiences and craft expertiseTakes extreme ownership of stakeholder relationships, program outcomes, and Intuit managers' development experiences
