  KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Development to join our Audit Technology organization.

  Responsibilities:Review business requirements, prepare technical design documents and non-functional/functional prototypes; analyze and resolve defects identified through the Quality Analysis (QA) processAnalyze and resolve defects identified through the Quality Analysis (QA) processProvide technical support including upgrades and release management, analyzing log files, configuration file changes, installation and configuration documents (runbook), upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolutionIdentify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost effective solutionsParticipate in the development and maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation, including design, configuration, and installation; prepare and/or assist in preparation of implementation documentationSupport the deployment of applications into production by coordinating with IT team, external teams, and Technology leadershipQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience with .NET: application deployment; audit products and enterprise solutions; Quality Analysis (QA), process development, performance and systems analysis, and software implementationBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferredMust be proficient in configuring virtual machines, managing windows clusters and availability groups Ability to understand security architecture and firewallsDeep experience with .NET,.CI/CD tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Azure/AWS/GCP DevOps; strong sense of quality, and sharp engineering skills; excellent computer science fundamentals with the ability to understand product requirements and translate them into technical subtasks; experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies (200TEC)Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year. Additionally, each year the firm publishes a calendar of holidays to be observed during the year and provides two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off; one is at year end and the other is around the July 4th holiday.
